1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales of gemstones by Gem City Palace ("Seller") to the Buyer.

1.2 By purchasing from Gem City Palace, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

2.1 All gemstones sold are accurately described, including weight, dimensions, shape, clarity, and treatment.

2.2 Natural variations in gemstones may exist, and images are for reference only.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

3.1 Prices are listed in [Currency] and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Payment must be made in full before shipment. Accepted payment methods include [Bank Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, etc.].

3.3 Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

5.1 Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the gemstone remains in its original, undamaged condition.

5.2 The Buyer must notify Gem City Palace before returning an item and is responsible for return shipping costs.

5.3 Refunds are processed upon inspection of the returned item. Custom orders and modified stones are non-refundable.

6. AUTHENTICITY & CERTIFICATION

6.1 All gemstones sold by Gem City Palace are genuine and, when applicable, come with certification from a recognized gemological laboratory.

6.2 The Buyer may request additional third-party certification at their own expense.

7. WARRANTY & LIABILITY

7.1 Gem City Palace guarantees the authenticity and quality of its gemstones as described at the time of sale.

7.2 The Seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, setting, or external conditions after delivery.

7.3 Liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the gemstone.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

9.1 Gem City Palace is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.
