Order Processing Time
📦 All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
⚠ Note: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, shipments from Sri Lanka will only be sent out on Tuesdays and Fridays.
International & Domestic Shipping Rates
🌍 We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders from our Srilankan Inventory.
🚀 We offer free FedEx Express shipping for all orders over $2,000 from Sri Lanka. For orders under $2,000, the following shipping charges apply:

📌 Import Duties & Taxes:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GemCity Palace is not responsible for these charges if they apply, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Delivery
✅ Free local delivery is available for all orders island-wide in Sri Lanka.
🚚 Deliveries are made every day of the week.
📩 We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of your delivery.
In-Store Pickup (Ratnapura & Moratuwa Branches)
🏬 Skip shipping fees with free local pickup at our stores in:
- Ratnapura
- Moratuwa
📅 Pickup Anytime – You can visit either branch at any time during store hours to collect your order.
📩 After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection along with instructions.
⏰ In-store pickup hours: 10 AM – 6 PM (Weekdays & Weekends)
📩 Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your order.
How to Check Your Order Status
🔍 Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
📩 If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
